Frequently Asked Questions For Bridal Registry Guests

At SouthernlyPlace our goal is to make wedding gift shopping and gift receiving easy and hassle-free for both the guests and happy couple.

When registries are created by the couple we setup a preferred delivery method, which we will note at the top of every registry. However, we understand that sometimes guests would like to take a gift with them or make other arrangements for delivering a gift to the happy couple.

Below you will find the most frequently asked questions. If you still need help shopping from a registry you are welcome to call the store at 919-285-2365. We are always happy to help.

You can find a wedding registry on the Bridal Registry Page. Enter the first and last name of either the bride or groom and click find. A list of registries matching the name will appear along with the wedding date. Click on the registry once you've located it and you will be taken to the bride and groom's registry page to purchase from their registry.

  • On the registry page locate the item you wish to purchase. A quantity will display showing how many the bride and groom still need. Enter the quantity you wish to purchase and select "Add to Cart".
  • Click on the shopping back icon to go to your cart.
  • If you wish to include a special message on the card we include with the gift you can enter it on the cart page.
  • Proceed to checkout.
  • The happy couple has pre-selected a delivery method and a delivery address will appear on the checkout page. In some cases the store address will appear on the checkout page - rest assured we have it covered and have a delivery instructions and address and will deliver the gifts to the happy couple.

Absolutely. Our goal is to make this special time hassle-free. SouthernlyPlace provides free local delivery to all of Wake County, Johnston County, parts of Harnett County, and Sanford, N.C.

If you prefer to have a gift delivered to your home to take to a shower or wedding simply change the address and delivery information at checkout. Be sure to include your information such as email address and phone number etc.

Make sure to include any special instructions or handwritten note you'd like included with the gift while you are on the cart page.

We will include a note inside the gift, wrap it, and deliver it to your home ready for you to take to a shower or the wedding.

Of Course. Store pickup orders will be ready for pickup within 48 hours (usually faster) from the order being placed online.

  • On the cart page make sure to include any special message you would like included with your gift.
  • On the checkout page select "Pickup". Make sure to include your email address and contact info.
  • If the bride and groom's information appears on the checkout page you can erase it to include your own.
  • You will receive a "Ready For Pickup" notice once the gift has been wrapped and is ready for pickup.

Once we receive the order we will wrap the gift and have it ready for you to pickup at your convenience.

Absolutely. If you'd like us to wrap and ship a gift to your home to deliver to the happy couple yourself please change the delivery information at checkout to include your email, shipping address and phone number.

Of course. We understand that sometimes guests like to pair gifts purchased from a registry with other special items and gift them together.

If you prefer to not have the gift wrapped please let us know in the special instructions box on the cart page.

Whether to include a special note is completely your choice.

If you don't include a special note we will include a gift note inside the gift that states what the gift is and the name of the gift giver.

In the special instructions box on the checkout page just let us know if you have a specific day you would like the gift delivered to the happy couple at their preferred delivery address or if you'd like to pickup the gift in store.
