Shipping policy
Order Processing Time
Most orders are processed and shipped within 3 business days (Monday-Friday) and excludes holidays that fall on a weekday. A shipping notification along with any tracking information will be emailed once the order has shipped.
Some products will be available to ship 5-7 business days. If an item has a longer ship time than the standard 3 business days or is on backorder a note will appear above the add to art button on the product page.
Standard Shipping
- Orders will ship via USPS Priority Mail, UPS or via Fedex. Please allow 3-7 business days for orders to arrive once shipped.
- We apologize, however, we do not currently ship to Hawaii, U.S. Territories, APO/FPO, or P.O. Boxes.
- We currently ship to the contiguous U.S. (lower 48 states)
- Please note that the delivery timeframe may slightly exceed the estimated delivery window during peak shipping seasons, such as holidays.
- Please also note that some carriers have longer than usual delivery windows due to the current pandemic.
- Large and oversized items may incur additional shipping fees.
Store Pickup
- Store pickup is available for all local orders. Store pickup orders must be picked up within 21 days from the date of purchase. If an order is not picked up within 21 days the order will be canceled, a refund will be issued, and the merchandise will be returned to stock.
Delivery
- Some orders may arrive in more than one package depending on the size and number of items
Shipping Rates
SouthernlyPlace offers flat rate shipping based on the cart subtotal before taxes. Large and oversized items may incur additional shipping fees.
