Complimentary Gift Wrapping
Gifts purchased from a registry, whether in store or online, will be beautifully wrapped and a card will be placed inside each gift stating what the gift is and who the gift is from.

We highly encourage one-on-one bridal appointments. Appointments allow you to see and touch the pieces and to mix-and-match different pieces to create a setting that's unique to you.
During an appointment we will help you curate a setting you love and will walk you through registering for dinnerware, flatware, serving pieces, glassware, textiles, lighting, décor, and so much more. SouthernlyPlace has more than 50 place settings to choose from and carries some of the most popular and beautiful brands such as Vietri, Juliksa, Casafina, Costa Nova, Pampa Bay, Beatriz Ball and more. We will also discuss our exchange policy and how your gifts will be delivered to you.

ATTENTION TO DETAIL
Your bridal consultant and our inventory team will track all orders we make for your registry items, pre-order select items ahead of time, and will work diligently to ensure your registry experience is joyful, memorable, and relaxing.
We also keep a log of which gift was purchased and who purchased the gift to help you ensure you send out the correct thank you notes after a shower or your wedding. If you lose a card that's included inside each gift we will have a list on hand and can provide it to you either in person or via email.

PURCHASE WITH EASE
Your guests, family, and friends can purchase items from your registry both in store and online. We will wrap your gifts for them and allow them the choice of us delivering the gift to you via your preferred delivery method or taking the gift with them to deliver directly to you.

COMPLIMENTARY GIFT WRAP
Each registry purchase will receive complimentary gift wrapping in beautiful wrapping paper and finished off with lovely ribbon. If chosen, handwritten notes can also be included with each gift purchase. We will place a card inside each gift that includes what the gift is and who the gift is from.
FREE LOCAL DELIVERY
You choose how you want to receive your gifts and we will take care of the rest.
When you create a registry online you can choose to have your gifts shipped or choose to pickup your gifts in store. If you live in Wake County, Johnston County, or Harnett County SouthernlyPlace provides free local delivery, too.

EASY EXCHANGES
For local brides, after your wedding day your bridal consultant will reach out to you to ask if you need to make any exchanges. We can then set up an appointment with you to go over the items you’ve received and make any registry returns and exchanges you wish to make. If you’ve received too many of one item this is a great opportunity to exchange items for other non-purchased items on your registry.
COMPLETION DISCOUNT
Receive a 20% completion discount for any eligible (*) non-purchased items on your registry that you wish to purchase after the wedding.
After your wedding date we will email you a discount code that you can use to purchase any remaining eligible items. The discount code will be available to use up to 6 months after your wedding. Local brides may also shop in store and receive a completion discount. Completion discounts are valid up to 6 months after the wedding and can be used multiple times to purchase items on your registry.
Completion discounts are provided only for active registries which guest have purchased gifts.

This discount is currently available for in-store use only. Enjoy 20% off any gifts you wish to purchases for your bridal shower hostess or your bridal party. We will also gift wrap your hostess and shower gifts for you.

After your registry is created you will receive an email with a link to the registry that you can share with friends and family or add to your wedding website. Purchases can be made from the registry both online and in store.
