Private One-on-One Bridal Appointment:

You can now create a bridal registry online, however, we do highly encourage one-on-one bridal appointments if you're local or live close enough to come into SouthernlyPlace. Appointments allow you to see and touch the pieces and to mix-and-match different pieces to create a setting that's unique to you.

Whether you create a registry online or come in for a one-on-one bridal appointment you will receive white glove service and your dedicated bridal consultant will become your bridal registry BFF.

During an appointment we will help you curate a setting you love and will walk you through registering for dinnerware, flatware, serving pieces, glassware, textiles, lighting, décor, and so much more. SouthernlyPlace has more than 50 place settings to choose from and carries some of the most popular and beautiful brands such as Vietri, Juliksa, Casafina, Costa Nova, Pampa Bay, Beatriz Ball and more.

Because we have so many perks and benefits and each registry is tailored to each specific bride an appointment is both essential and fun! During the appointment we will discuss possible showers, how and where to deliver your gifts, your preferences, and a benefit SouthernlyPlace provides to ensure your most wanted pieces are in stock and ready for gifting.

Can't make an appointment and opt to create your registry online? No worries! Once your registry is created we will send you a welcome email with advice, tips, and suggestions. And you can always reach out to us via email if you need help. We are here to make your wedding registry easy and fun!

Attention to Detail:

Your bridal consultant and our inventory team will track all orders we make for your registry items, pre-order select items ahead of time, and will work diligently to ensure your registry experience is joyful, memorable, and relaxing.

We also keep a log of which gift was purchased and who purchased the gift to help you ensure you send out the correct thank you notes after a shower or your wedding. If you lose a card that's included inside each gift we will have a list on hand and can provide it to you either in person or via email.

Purchase with Ease:

Your guests, family, and friends can purchase items from your registry both in store and online. We will track each registry purchase to ensure that anything purchased in store or online is noted in your registry.

Complimentary Gift Wrap:

Each registry purchase will receive complimentary gift wrapping in beautiful wrapping paper and finished off with lovely ribbon. If chosen, handwritten notes can also be included with each gift purchase. We will place a card inside each gift that includes what the gift is and who the gift is from.

Free Local Delivery:

You choose how you want to receive your gifts and we will take care of the rest. When you create a registry online you can choose to have your gifts shipped or choose to pickup your gifts in store. If you live within a 65 mile radius from SouthernlyPlace you can opt to have your gifts delivered to your bridal shower, to you as they come in, or to your wedding reception. If you live within the 65 mile radius we will reach out to you to ask if you would like your gifts delivered to a bridal shower or wedding reception.

Easy Exchanges:

For local brides, after your wedding day your bridal consultant will set up an appointment with you to go over the items you’ve received and make any registry returns and exchanges you wish to make. If you’ve received too many of one item this is a great opportunity to exchange items for other non-purchased items on your registry.

Completion Discount:

Receive a 20% completion discount for any eligible (*) non-purchased items on your registry that you wish to purchase after the wedding.

After your wedding date we will email you a discount code that you can use to purchase any remaining eligible items. The discount code will be a one-time use code that will be availble to use up to 6 months after your wedding. Local brides may also shop in store and receive a completion discount. Completion discounts are valid for a one-time use up to 6 months after the wedding.

Completion discounts are provided only for active registries which guest have purhcased gifts.

*Some brand exclusions do apply: Vietri, Juliska, Casafina, Costa Nova, Pampa Bay, Mottehedeh, Reed & Barton, Mepra, Caskata are excluded.
