Refund policy

Eligible items may be returned within 30 days of purchase for a refund.

To be eligible for a return, the item must be:

  • Unopened or unused
  • Have original tags
  • Or in original packaging
  • The original receipt is required for all returns and exchanges

Final sale or clearance items cannot be returned as these are final sale items.

Special sale prices cannot be applied to past purchases.

A SouthernlyPlace associate will review your return request and respond to you within two business days. Once a return is accepted a return shipping label, as well as instructions on how and where to send your package. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted. 

Refunds will not be issued until we receive the item in our warehouse.

Damages and issues

  • Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right. If an item arrives broken or damaged please take pictures and send them to the email address provided in your order confirmation email.

Exceptions / non-returnable items

  • Certain types of items cannot be returned, like perishable goods (such as food, etc.), custom products (such as special orders or personalized items), and personal care goods (such as beauty products). Please get in touch if you have questions or concerns about your specific item.


Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns on gift cards.

Exchanges

  • The fastest way to ensure you get what you want is to return the item you have, and once the return is accepted, make a separate purchase for the new item.

Refunds

  • A SouthernlyPlace associate will inspect the return once it is received in our warehouse. Once the return process is complete a refund notification will be emailed to you. Please allow 5-7 business days for the refund to appear on the original form of payment. The length of time it takes for a refund to appear will depend on your bank.

Purchase Online and Return In Store

  • Online purchases can be returned in store, however, the refund will be credited back to the original form of payment and an email confirmation will be sent to the email address that was used to make the purchase.
  • Online purchases cannot be exchanged for a different item in store. Our e-commerce and physical store operate on two different systems and exchanging an online purchase in store is not currently an option.
