Can I track my order?

Absolutely. Once your order ships we will send you an email that confirms that shipment along with tracking information.

Where do you ship to?

We ship to the contiguous U.S. with the exception of Kansas.

What are your shipping rates?

At SouthernlyPlace we offer flat rate shipping based on your cart total. For more information on shipping times and rates please review our Shipping Policy.

When will my order ship?

All orders are processed and shipped within 3 business days, excluding holidays. We currently use USPS and Fedex to ship orders.

What is your return policy?

SouthernlyPlace has a 30 day return policy for unused/unopened items with an original receipt.

Why won't my gift card work?

Physical gift cards are not redeemable at checkout online at this time.

Our e-commerce store and physical store operate on separate systems, which do not allow for gift cards to cross-sync. If you would like to make a purchase from the website with your physical gift card please make a note of the SKU number on each product page for the item you would like to purchase. Call the store with your list of SKU numbers and we can help you place your order over the phone, and ship it to your door.

Can I return an item in store that I purchased online?

Online orders may be returned in store. All refunds will be credited back to the original form of payment and a return receipt will be emailed to the email address used during checkout.
